Fines and Payments
All fines and payments due to DJ Z, including travel fees, equipment damage fees, and cancellation fees, must be fully settled prior to the event unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. This policy applies to clients as well as any partnerships or collaborators involved in the event. Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in a fine of $20 for the first missed deadline. An additional fine of $10 will be applied for each subsequent missed payment deadline. This policy ensures that all financial obligations, including damage and cancellation fees, are met in a timely manner. Clients, as well as any partnering entities, are required to comply with these terms to avoid penalties. Partnerships or collaborators are equally responsible for adhering to these financial obligations. Clients and partners are encouraged to communicate any concerns or issues regarding payments promptly to avoid penalties. Compliance with these terms is essential to facilitate a smooth and successful event. By signing this agreement, the customer and any partners acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms. DJ Z prioritizes clear communication and fairness to maintain positive working relationships while ensuring accountability. This applies to all DJ Z merchandise.
Cancellation Policy
In accordance with Term B.1 in the customer contract, if the customer(s) choose to delay or cancel the scheduled event within 48 hours of its start time, a late cancellation fee of $100 will be applied. This fee is necessary to cover administrative costs and potential losses incurred due to the short notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us maintain effective scheduling and service quality for all clients. Should any changes arise regarding your event, please notify us as soon as possible to minimize disruptions and additional fees. This policy does not apply to DJ Z merchandise
Refund Policy
In accordance with Term B.1 and B.2 in the customer contract, DJ Z maintains a strict no-refund policy, which applies in cases where the performance is deemed poor or if the client cancels the service prior to the event due to any alleged fraud issues. By entering into this agreement, the client acknowledges and accepts that cancellations initiated by them will incur a fee, as outlined in the accompanying service agreement. This fee is necessary to cover preparation costs and any potential lost opportunities for DJ Z. Additionally, the client understands that circumstances beyond control, such as acts of God or other emergencies, may also affect this policy. Clients are reminded of the importance of ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made well in advance to avoid cancellation fees or disruptions. Adherence to this policy supports effective planning and ensures fairness for both parties. This policy does apply to any merchandise DJ Z LLC sells.
