2026 DJ Z: Business Plan

Greetings Colorado!

I hope your 2025 year went splendidly. Throughout the years, there have been ups and downs with my business, and I am glad that all of you stuck with me. As we go into 2026, I wanted to highlight some major changes that are coming from my business.

2026 Bookings

Thank you for almost 4 years of amazing experiences. Unfortunately, due to new circumstances and priorities, I will no longer be servicing the Colorado community as much as I have in previous years, starting on January 1, 2026. Existing 2026 bookings remain scheduled and unaffected. However, new bookings will no longer automatically be accepted; new bookings will be looked into months ahead of time. Booking requests within a 2-month span may not be accepted. Although I will no longer be serving the Colorado community much, it does not mean that public operations will shut down; I will still be supporting existing DJ Z partnerships.

DJ Z Studio, a division of DJ Z

Following the reduction of bookings comes a new step for my future. Starting a new part of DJ Z, "DJ Z Studio," will go live soon. This new division will be primarily focused on coding Video Games and other applications. Part of this new division will open more ways for me to create content for YouTube and other social media platforms, including more blogs for those who want to get into DJing. To add to this, it will hopefully also open the opportunity for me to make my own music. This was promised earlier this year, but sadly did not occur. In late November 2025, many of you noticed my newest application, "Snow Day Predictor". This was my first application, which I published live onto my website, and it will be the first to come from DJ Z Studio. Although it is not an official app, it is still fun to use for students who wish for a snow day.

DJ Z Studio will not be a new business but will work inside my current company, "DJ Z". The studio section will have its own dedicated page on my website where everyone can publicly view it.

Website Renovations

Every month, new website features are added, and bugs are fixed. As mentioned previously, a new page dedicated to DJ Z Studio is coming soon, and things will be shifting and may be removed to reduce confusion.

New Equipment

For the first time since opening my business, I can officially say that 2026 may be the year when I will not have major equipment purchases. This year, I was able to secure "new" and reliable equipment that matches my quality standards. Without you, all this would not be possible.

Business Changes

On November 24, 2025, DJ Z dropped the LLC. Due to the decrease in bookings expected in 2026, I have decided to drop the LLC because of the high cost and the high maintenance that is required when owning an LLC. This does not affect any bookings and is not the cause of the decrease in services.

I have also decided to take down the merchandise that was previously available to purchase due to no sales and high prices.

Square is no longer used by DJ Z at all. We have transferred completely to Wix, including the contracts. Contracts are now found on my website and are signed in a secure way.

Thank you again, Colorado! It has been fun serving our community, and we hope to continue to do so. Although this year is predicted to be very slow for my DJ part, it is vital for my balance in my life, so I do not get overwhelmed, as I will be able to take the coding part at a speed that I can handle easily.
